Procedures

Dr. Harris will explore conservative treatments first, as children will frequently improve with gentle supportive care and a tincture of time. However, if your child’s condition is not well controlled with other treatments, surgical options may be considered, including:

  • Adenoidectomy
  • Correction of airway obstruction
  • Evaluation for pediatric CPAP
  • Ear ventilation/drainage tubes
  • External ear and middle ear reconstruction
  • Laryngoscopy and Bronchoscopy
  • Nasal surgery
  • Removal of aspirated food and other foreign bodies
  • Removal of wax or fluids from ears
  • Septoplasty
  • Sinus surgery
  • Tonsillectomy
  • Tracheostomy
  • Tumor removal

We partner with plastic and reconstructive surgeons to treat cleft lip, cleft palate and nasal repair. Additional services for those patients affected by cleft lip and palate include:

  • Airway Evaluation
  • Pharyngoplasty
  • Placement of ear tubes
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Septoplasty
